Sound Immersions @ Flowers & Stars!!

A sound immersion is a beautiful experience, where you can step away from life, to come back to a centered and grounded state.  With sound, the vibrations are welcomed by our body, helping us find harmony within ourselves.  We all carry blockages from emotions, old traumas, fears and life experiences and our body wants to find its way back to balance and harmony.  Sound can help get us there!  The different instruments speak to parts of us that are waiting to be cleared, helping our body heal, one layer at a time!

You should expect to lay down, relax and let the instruments do the magic work!  We will provide yoga mats, but please feel free to bring what will make you comfortable, such as a pillow & a cozy blanket.

🌿 Bring: anything you need to feel like you're in a safe space (small pillow, blanket, eye pillow) and dress comfortably  

 
We have both completed level 1 & 2 of Sound & Vibrational Therapies, and we are bubbling with excitement to bring it to you!  This holistic approach to healing is AMAZING!  

Our bodies can hold onto everything we feel and experience, leading to stagnation of energy, emotions, pain, trauma and so much more in the body.  Sound & vibration goes deep into the body, activating the healing process & rebalancing our own frequencies. 

Let the sound help bring your body back into harmony and out of dis-ease!
What better way to experience the healing of a sound immersion, than to be in your own space with your friends! (This could be in your yard, in the house or even while you are floating in your pool!)
